Hygiene and its meaning

Hygiene aims to promote the health of people. Anyone who directly or indirectly involved in the production and distribution (transport) of food must be aware of the responsibility one has to ensure that consumers do not get sick.

Personal hygiene
Personal hygiene is the basis of hygiene in the kitchen. Persons who come into contact with food, throughout the preparation and distribution process must be healthy, free from internal and external symptoms such as skin infections, colds, strep throat and intestinal infections. Some important aspects of personal hygiene:

- Clean hands.
- Care of the body (skin).
- Clean clothing.
- Good oral hygiene.

Food Hygiene
One of the main tasks of the cook is to ensure food hygiene, meaning that the freshness of the products is maintained throughout the production process (purchasing issue). The shelf life of raw products is determined by the freshness and the amount of microorganisms on the products upon receipt.

The shelf life of its derivatives (components) is determined by incomplete destruction of micro-organisms and new infection after the preparation of products by microorganisms.

Company hygiene
Among industrial hygiene refers to the hygiene, the cleaning of various spaces in the company. The purpose of cleaning is the breeding ground of bacteria to remove, making the bacteria can not replicate. During the production process, we must avoid food contamination. This means that cleaning the kitchen areas and equipment is important. There must clean equipment in a clean environment can be worked.

Cairns is a beautiful town located in Far North Queensland, Australia and a hot spot for tourists. Originally the town was built as a place for miners to stop over on their ways to the gold mines. It has since developed into a tourist attraction because of its location to many famous Australian sites.

The Great Barrier Reef is only about an hours boat ride from Cairns and Daintree National Park. With its tropical climate and abundance of rainforest, tourists find the Cairns area a wonderful starting point in their Australian holiday.

Nearby Port Douglas with its famous "Four Mile" pristine beach is a great place to find lodging. Port Douglas hotels are affordable and convenient for the traveler. Then there is a two weekend festival in October that consists of the "Footprints Music Festival" and "Porttoberfest" a local beer festival.

Cairnsty was originally mapped out in 1770 by the famous Captain James Cook and was known as TrinityBay. . It wasn't until a hundred years later that the town was actually developed into a working port. It has since grown into a prospering city that encompasses the beauty of the rainforest with the workings of a modern population. Cairnsy is almost fifteen hundred miles from Sidney and a thousand from Brisbane. The difference that you will find between these cities will amaze you.

When you are traveling in the area there are also many amusement parks that you may attend. The Rainforestation Nature Park or the Tjapukai (an Aborginal Culture Park) are both fabulous to visit. The Skyrail Rainforest Cabelway extends almost five miles over the World Heritage Rainforest, a must see if you are in the area.

Don't forget the lagoon and all the offerings that the port area has for the visitor. Clear blue waters, sugar sand beaches and a tropical weather climate all make for a wonderful beach experience. Choosing to visit Cairnsy> as a vacation spot will not leave you disappointed.
